All Kazzr game data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms provided by the iOS operating system. This includes:

⚠️ Important Data Notice
Because all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling Kazzr will permanently delete all your game progress, achievements, settings, and virtual currency balance. This data cannot be recovered. We recommend completing any in-progress activities before uninstalling.
In-App Purchases
Payment processing and financial data handling
Kazzr offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency (Coins) through the Apple App Store. When you make a purchase:
- All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store
- Kazzr does not receive, process, or store any payment card information
- Apple may collect information necessary to process your payment according to their privacy policy
- We receive only transaction confirmation and product identifiers from Apple
- Purchase records are stored locally on your device for your reference

📷 Photo Privacy Assurance
When you grant photo library or camera access, your images are processed locally on your device for color extraction. Photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties. The color extraction algorithm runs entirely on your device.

Kazzr is designed to be enjoyed by users of all ages. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations worldwide.
👷 No Data Collection from Children
Since Kazzr does not collect any personal information from any users, including children under 13, we do not knowingly collect data from minors. The app functions without any personal data input.

Kazzr is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, please be aware that:

Apple may collect anonymized usage statistics according to your device settings, but this is separate from and not controlled by Kazzr.
📢 Advertising
Kazzr does not display advertisements. We do not work with ad networks or share any information with advertising partners. The app is funded through optional in-app purchases only.
🌐 Social Features
Kazzr does not include social networking features, friend lists, leaderboards, or any functionality that requires sharing information with other users. Your gaming experience is entirely private.
🔑 Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting any systems we control (such as our contact email), we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law. However, since all game data is stored locally on your device and we don't collect personal information, such incidents would not affect your Kazzr data.
